Dr. Tony Ho received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in the University of Hawai`i at Manoa, USA. He futhered his studies in Australia and received his Doctorate degree from the Department of Clinical Psychology at Sydney University, Australia. There he worked at the Westmead Children’s Hospital and the Rozelle Psychiatric Hospital providing comprehensive assessment services for children, adults and families. After returning to Hong Kong, Dr. Tony worked at the Hospital Authority serving children with various psychological and neurodevelopmental problems.

Dr. Tony’s expertise lies in providing therapy and neurofeedback training for child and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and emotional problems, including hyperactivity and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, memory problems, depression, anxiety, Tourette‘s Syndrome, social difficulties and behavioral problems.

Dr. Tony also offers various therapeutic approaches and modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, play therapy and family therapy to effectively improve the ability of children and adolescents to grow and develop in supporting them to overcome their obstacles to learning and performing in all important areas.

Dr. Tony believes that it is crucial to help the child to identify their problems as early as possible when the child encounters difficulties in learning and social development. With timely interventions, support and help can often overcome some of their challenges and allow their potential to be developed. Many of the children and adolescents he has worked with have overcome the problems that they faced.
